He is Big 4 trained at KPMG and FCA qualified, with experience operating at CFO, CEO and CRO level. He combines financial leadership with hands-on commercial execution to drive revenue growth, EBITDA improvement and exit readiness.

He has experience across multiple sectors and takes a delivery-focused approach suited to fractional and portfolio roles. Paul has demonstrated success in leading acquisitions and integrations, including a £9m logistics acquisition, and was a key contributor to a £38m private equity exit. He has also played a significant role in scaling businesses, including achieving 15x revenue growth within a global digital business and doubling EBITDA in a high-growth environment.

Paul possesses strong commercial leadership capability, with direct influence over revenue strategy, the build-out of sales and marketing functions, and KPI-driven marketing effectiveness. He has a proven ability to build and transform finance functions from the ground up, implement robust forecasting and reporting frameworks, and develop investment-grade financial infrastructure.

He is highly experienced in preparing businesses for private equity investment and exit, with particular expertise in multi-entity and international group structures.
